A stunning two-story, eight-bedroom seaside home with stunning views of Minitas Beach and Bahia Minitas. The villa is split into three sections. The huge living room in the center of the house is ideal for family gatherings, as is the entertainment space where adults and children may play, and the bedroom area. The two master bedrooms are on the top level and have fantastic views from their respective balconies. The remaining four guest rooms are spread across the top and ground floors. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and walk-in closet. As part of the villa facilities, there is also a play area for toddlers.

The home has its own private beach and dock, which is great for early morning swims!
