The remaining two bedrooms are on the lower level, where there is also a spacious living/game room space with a TV, Ping Pong, and a Billard table. This level also has two maid’s quarters, each with its own bathroom, as well as a laundry room and a service kitchen.

Outdoor activities such as a trampoline, volleyball court, and picnic tables are available in the spacious backyard. Finally, a huge wrap-around veranda accessible from each bedroom is a distinctive feature of the property where you may enjoy your morning coffee.
