This is a great option for you at an exceptional price. Excellent staff, including a great dedicated cook (if a meal plan is purchased), otherwise the staff is a cook/maid, a waiter and a separate maid. Staff are excellent and experienced : are very attentive and helpful. Two staff members have excellent English. Super meal plan , worked out with the owner .

The villa has been totally remodeled, completed in 2022. All new beds. This owner is meticulous in cleanliness and staff have been fully informed and follow all that is required in these times. You will not find a cleaner and more loved villa in most of Casa de Campo. And, the villa is literally less than 5 minutes to the beach from this villa on a golf cart!

This is a 5 bedroom villa with 2 or 3 King rooms, and the other 2 or 3 bedrooms can be set up as required. All ensuite. Bathrooms are all brand new, a couple even have quaint outdoor showers. See details below.

5. Poolside studio room, can be 2 XL twins, or 1 king bed. Toilet/ shower OR left as tv room and great gathering spot poolside.

They have an excellent meal plan set up at the villa, and you work directly with the owner on that. They always have excellent reviews for stay, staff and food!

Nice size pool and heated Jacuzzi, both were just refurbished in the past year. New kitchen counters and upgraded appliances etc. Avocado, coconut and mango trees, fruit in season.

Exceptionally neat and clean! Once someone has stayed here, they come back time after time. If you want a place close to the beach, and not too far from the marina, this is your own private piece of paradise, close to everything.
